Why We LIKE or DISLIKE Someone

You must have noticed that there are people that we instantly like, and people that we instantly don't like. We did not get to create a connection with them, but we feel one way or the other immediately, and we might stick with it for a while, if not forever.

That's their energy. This is what we first feel about someone. Before they even open their mouth, we feel their energy, which can be attracted or rejected by our own energy. We might vibrate differently at some point, as one changes. But that first reaction, that's energy.

The same energy is responsible for how we continue to feel about someone.

We tend to like the people who have the energy we are lacking, and we're searching for, and we tend to dislike people who have the type of energy that we carry in us, but that we don't like about us.

For example, if we lack the calm, balanced, relaxed energy, and we want that, our soul and body needs it, we will feel a good, likable attraction towards someone who has that type of energy. Because it completes ours, and it teaches our energy how to behave that way, how to mimic that energy.

If we are all over the place, skipping from one thing to another, not finding ourselves able to focus enough on something to expand that thing in order to create a better situation for ourselves, than when we meet the same type of energy in someone else, we have this feeling of rejection towards that person. We don't like them, but most of the times we can't put our fingers on why we don't like them. They might be doing all the right things, say all the right words, but we still have that growling feeling towards them. That is because our energy recognizes their energy and rejects it. We search for what we lack and need in order to become better, not to hold us in the same place, or draw us back.

Take a look at those people that your energy attracts or rejects. See how they are, what they do, what they aspire to and how they are working towards that. What is their behavior, what are their beliefs? Are they what you aspire to, or what you have and try to change?

You don't need to drop seeing that person completely if your energy rejects them. Especially if it's someone that you have to see. What you can do, is accept them as they are. Don't try to change them. You tend to get irritated when you see them do the things that you are doing and you are trying to change about yourself, and you want to stop them. You don't have to do that. They have to take the decision to change if that is what they really want and need. And changing them won't change you. Most of the times you won't be able to change them, and you will only end up losing energy that you can use towards something else, and fight with that person, or they don't even care at all, they might be just comfortable as they are.

People don't change because we want them to change, people change because they need to change, they need something else.

We All Feel It -- We Just Don't Talk About It

I have been writing on this blog for a while now, and I truly hope you found some help in it while reading it.

The reason I started this blog isn't because I have it all together, all figured it out, or because I've found the secret to forever happiness, but because I've been struggling, and I've been going through a lot, and I wished I had someone tell me how normal it all is, and how normal I am. That no one has it all figured it out, and what I am feeling is valid, and I am not alone in feeling that way.

Life isn't always easy. It has amazing moments when you're so happy and you forget everything you've been through and all the hurt you've experienced. But it also has though moments, and some really bad moments sometimes, for some people. That is why I am not judging people I see on the street who do what they can to survive (and I'm not talking about bad things).

I have moments when I'm feeling down. And sometimes I don't even have a reason for that. I have no idea why I'm feeling that way. And I used to think that something is wrong with me. Boy how I wished there was someone to tell me that I am normal, and we all get those feelings. You're not broken, and you're not wrongly wired or anything like that, you're just feeling down. Sometimes is because you're tired. Sometimes spending too much time in front of a computer, or a phone, or tablet, will get you feeling like this. Sometimes you're just tired of fighting, tired of hoping, tired of waiting. You are ok. And you are normal.

Don't guide your "normal" by how the people around you are. They might be in their happy moments, when they forgot how hard it was before. Or they might just try to put a smile on, and try to forget they're feeling like that. Like you do it too when you're feeling that way. Everything that you are doing to help you move on and seem normal on the outside, is the same thing that they are doing, they're just not talking about it.

I hope you realize how good you are, how normal everything is, and how it will be ok. It all passes. Everything passes. Just cope with today. Tomorrow will be better. Something wonderful will happen. And you will find your way. Smile wonderful soul. You're amazing ๐Ÿ˜Š
